Location: Bellville, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Contract. Jackson and Black Tygervalley requires the service of a BOH GRILLER. The griller cook's primary task is preparing meat on coal grill. Griller cooks typically different type of beef, lamb, chicken. The grill cook monitors the meat's temperature to ensure it is cooked safely.

Good communication skills. Fundamental knowledge of culinary skills and techniques acquired through work history. Formal qualification an advantage. Maintaining adherence to food safety principles.
