Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Overtime, Weekend, Day
Salary: $30.00 to $45.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification, 4th Period Apprentice, Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement, Truck-Trailer Repairer Red Seal Endorsement, Motor Vehicle Inspector Certificate, Driver's Licence (Class 3 or D)
Experience: 5 years or more

Mechanical Repairer Specific Skills: Inspect and test mechanical units, Diagnose faults and malfunctions, Repair and replace mechanical units, Test and adjust units to specifications
Truck Mechanic Specific Skills: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems, Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications, Perform scheduled maintenance service
Additional Skills: Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor, Complete reports to record problems and work performed, Coach and instruct apprentices
