Software Development Manager - Java - Permanent

This role offers the opportunity of joining an established company with a start-up culture. The chosen candidate will be responsible for growing the team from 5 to 15 developers over the next 6 months. The products being developed are used on the internet & are developed using the latest technologies.

Required Qualifications

● Degree in Computer Science (or similar)

● Minimum of 6 years full time development experience plus 4 years team management

● Expertise in implementing Agile (preferably SCRUM)

●Excellent understanding of Object Oriented Programming

● Significant Java experience
