Need a desktop support technician to resolve day to day user problems and help them with Microsoft windows, MS-office and internet issues.
Good communications skills required. Be a quick learner with good attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities: Installation of ms-windows and other applications. Installation of Printers/scanners and other devices. Keep infrastructure up and running. Keep records of inventory and user complaints. Installation of Hardware.
