We are seeking an operations manager to manage independently a vast range of day to day activities for the company.

The job entails: Communication with Service providers, Legislative Councils, Insurance Brokers, and clients at a high level; Drafting and distribution of General Communications; Generate monthly reports; Create and update manuals; Manage overdue accounts; Interface with software developers on new requirements and changes; Software Testing; Software training;

The person we are looking for must have the following: Minimum of 3 years hands involvement in the online arena. Minimum of 3 years experience of managing other people. Minimum 5 years experience that require interaction with clients. Minimum 5 years hands on experience of all Microsoft Office suite products (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

A minimum of 10 years work experience Have proven strong administrative skills.

At least 3 contactable references; A South African born citizen; Personality traits Can work independently with very little supervision; Fast Learner; Organised; Methodical; Ability to refine processes; Good people skills; Good with numbers; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Applicants who are bilingual and have a post graduate degree will preferential.
