Retail Sales Supervisor Blue Route, Tokai, Southern Suburbs. The Supervisor must assist in training and development of staff. He/she should also take responsibility for the shop floor.
Expectations: Candidates must be willing to work retail hours (weekends and public holidays). Bilingual: English and Afrikaans. Exceptional communication skills. Must have 2-3 years retail experience. Computer proficiency: Microsoft office package. Customer service excellence. Problem and conflict solving. Stock management. Excellent selling skills to reach targets. Afrikaans and English.
