Kitchen Manager needed for a busy food deli /restaurant within a retail business situated in Bryanston area . Looking for individuals with 4+ years senior chef experience. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main focus will multi-kitchen management and food quality control. Will be responsible for all kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able manage and train staff. Only experienced candidates with good kitchen administration skills will be considered.
