Requirements Diploma / 'A' levels qualification with 1-2 years of sales / marketing / admin experience or equivalent, preferably in Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Event-organising related industry, hardworking, out-going, people person, detailed and able to work independently, able to work beyond normal working hours when required.

Duties assist in design marketing content for presentation/demonstration/ display to event clients, handle phone calls and written enquiries for corporate/private sales, negotiate with clients to reach a sales agreement, handling the signing of agreements, churning out the event/catering order, etc, support on-site event execution, raise billing requests to bill the customer after an event and ensure that all admin matters are dealt with, handle customer's enquiries on bills.
