Customer Service Specialist location Pasir Ris / Tampines, East. Job Type Full-Time. Work contents assist in arranging or booking a room, provide information to local customers or other entertainment activities of the hotel to customers, handle customer inquiries or complaints and follow up with customers in a timely manner, assist customers in booking restaurants and arranging transportation, etc.

Claims customer-focused professionalism, ability to work shifts on weekends or public holidays, ability to communicate in fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English (to communicate with locals and clients).

Others work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, provide on-the-job training, provide accommodation allowance and food allowance, provide ticket (subject to terms and conditions).
