General Manager - Game Reserve and Up Market Lodge, Other, Central Karoo. Requirements: Grade 12. Degree / Diploma in either Management, Finance or Tourism. Must have been a General Manager in a similar environment with at least 100 beds. Must have at least 7 – 10 years experience. Strong F&B background. Previous experience in a Game Reserve is a big plus. Contactable references.

Responsibility Duties: Full function General Manager duties of an up market lodge with over 500 staff. General Management. Staff Management and development. Communication and  systems.

Salary: R 50 000 - R 80 000 dependent on experience.
