Job duties and responsibilities in-charge of accounts payable activities – ie verify supplier's invoices and ensure that delivery orders and purchase orders are correctly matched. Ensure that expenses are charged to appropriate accounts code. Update AP invoices in the Accounting System, including updating of the relevant audit schedules. Arrange for AP invoices to be approved by the respective managers.

Process AP payments and mailing of cheques, including staff claims and ad hoc COD purchases. Reconcile monthly Aged Creditors Listings and GST Input Reports. Open mails and stamping "Date Received" on all documents. General typing and filing. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements LCCI or GCE ‘O’ Level or as deemed sufficient by Management. 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
