Government Call Centre Officer location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East.
Responsibilities resolving the member of public enquiries via incoming call, work closely with the member of public and follow up on all requests in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
Working hours 5 days work week (schedule including weekends), 8.30am to 6pm / 12pm to 9.30pm (must be able to commit both shift), salary $1600 - $1800.
