IT Support Technician, Umhlanga, North Suburbs. Established Legal/Financial firm in Umhlanga Ridge requires qualified IT Tech with the following skills and attributes; Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices; Check computer hardware to ensure functionality; Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications; Troubleshoot hardware and soft ware issues in person, remotely and via phone; Perform trouble shooting to diagnose and resolve problems; Basic understanding of AD,DNS, DHCP, wireless and networking principles; A+ and N+ certified. Proficient on All Windows Operating Systems

Technical Skills; Office 365 migration and deployments. Understanding of databasese SQL, Exchange, Active Directory and VMware. Windows Server Administration experience. Windows Server experience. Understanding of the following Cloud Service - Microsoft Office 365 - Microsoft Azure.

Working knowledge of Switches, Routers, VPN, Firewalls and Policies. Basic Networking and Wifi Experience. Excellent telephonic and remote support skills. A Team player with a "Can Do" attitude. Available Immediately. Basic: R8000.00p/m + Benefits.
