Assistant Store Manager FMCG Port Elizabeth, East London, Eastern Cape. Assistant Store Manager FMCG Port Elizabeth.

Minimum Requirements: Matric/Senior Certificate. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Min. 2 years Management experience required in FMCG environment (Advantageous). Valid Driver’s License and own transport. Basic HR knowledge. Good Housekeeping, well Organized, ability to use initiative and strong Management skills.

The suitable Candidate must be: Well Presented, neat and organized. Passion for Retail and ability to work retail hours. Able to Manage conflict situations. Excellent problem-solving skills. Self-Driven. Must be able to work under pressure.

Able to build and maintain Customer and Supplier relations. Able to manage staff effectively. Salary: R12k + R2k monthly performance based bonus. Undertakings: Criminal / Credit Check. Polygraph Test.
