Stock Controller - Part Time – George, Eden My client is looking for a lady with Stock Control experience.

Requirements: Preferably a woman that can work in a warehouse environment. Grade 12. Well organized. Must have very good time management skills. Excellent administrative skills. The ability to follow up on queries. Non smoker.

Responsibility Duties: Process all orders on the computer, making sure that all orders have been processed against checklist. Check that all pods have been returned. Email on Mondays pod’s to the farms. Liaise with farms regarding any issues with the invoice. Help when estates need assistance with Sales Reports. Send stock list to the farms every month. Assist estates with any stock queries. Request invoice from the estates for all tasting and promotional stock.

Check that all invoices have been received from the farms for tasting stock and stock delivered on a NLR delivery document. Check couriers statements are correct. Process new purchase orders for consignment stock and email the estates. Salary: R 6 000.

Hours: 08h00 – 17h00     (Monday). 08h00 - 13h00 (Tuesday – Friday).
