You will be required to do the following: Troubleshoot and support. Network installation and management (Routers & Cabling). PC Installation and management. Point of Sale (Hardware and Software) - training provided. Remote and Telephonic Support. Onsite installation of the hardware and software. Systems training to end user (Vectron Software/Hardware). Perform the necessary tasks to maintain all technical infrastructure with best practices. Ensure client requirements are met for technical requirements.

Structured reporting as per company policy. 24/7 standby availability for Telephonic/Remote support. Travel out of the Western Cape for installations/support. Stock Control of Equipment. Creating Manuals for Clients and for yourself to maintain. Make use of ticketing system where you will be assigned work, you will need to add notes of work done and time spent.

Requirements: The following skills and experience are mandatory for a candidate to be successful: A+ and N+ Qualification Minimum. Valid Driver's License and reliable own Vehicle. Clear criminal record. Clear ITC.

Minimum 4 years IT Experience: Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

The following skills are not mandatory but would be advantageous: Point of Sale experience (working in Retail, Restaurants and/or Bartending). Package: Salary R10 000 - R12 000 Negotiable (based on experience)
