Pork Production Technician
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver's licence
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Type of Equipment: Feeding and watering system, Manure handling or storage system
Type of Livestock Specialization:
Specific Skills: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, Perform general farm duties, Formulate feeding program, Recognize and treat certain livestock health problems
Additional Skills: Maintain quality control and production records, Maintain livestock performance records
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Large workload
