Customer Administrator, Bloemfontein, Free State. Your new companies a trusted, well respected and growing company who pride themselves on a friendly professional service are currently seeking a temporary administrator for immediate start for approximately 12 months.

Your new role: As a Customer Administrator your main duties will be contacting tenants/residents to book in appointments for electrical safety testing and admin duties including: Supporting team of engineers, installers, managers providing admin and service support Data input. Updating excel spreadsheets. Taking phone messages.

This is initially a temporary role to start as soon as possible and working  Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

What you'll need to succeed: To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced all-round Administrator with good data entry and attention to detail skills. You will also need a clear and confident telephone manner and any prior experience in appointment booking / scheduling would be advantageous. You will also need to be IT literate with MS office including Excel and be able to learn new systems quickly.
