Job Duties: Calls Au pair and checks requirements and documentations. Is able to extract information and provide detailed instructions. Secures information by completing data base backups. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Feels comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and meeting Face to Face. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related adhoc tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications: Telephone/Calling, Time Management, Customer Service, Professionalism. Needs to have own car.

Advantageous: Has call center experience in the travel industry. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: R7,000.00 to R9,000.00 /month.
