Larder CDP Required, Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands.
An upmarket establishment is looking for a new young CDP to work our Larder section. The chef needs to be able to handle high volumes during season and keep with the high standards require by the Executive chef and Owners.
The chef we are looking for needs to be well spoken and presentable as we work in a open plan kitchen.
It is a large operation and can turn to long hours, the shifts are 5 days a week with 2 days off.
If you are capable of handling a section on your own and you have the ability to produce high quality with quantity
