Other, Northern Suburbs, Senior Maintenance Electrician. Successfully established manufacturing company based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking to employ a Senior Electrician on a permanent basis.

Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate / Grade 12. Minimum N3 Engineering Studies Certificate. Electrician Trade Test Certificate (Section 13/Red Seal). Minimum of 5 years’ post trade working experience in a technical steel / manufacturing environment. Driver’s License with own reliable transport.

Skills and knowledge required: Extensive PLC & Drive experience (Programming skills beneficial). Knowledge of various sensors (Inclino sensors, Read switches & encoders). Electrical work in a plant environment. Panels and DB Boards. Automated machines. Drives and/or invertors. Generator electrical systems. Control systems. Mains and/or reticulation.
