Tour Guide Supervisor (Japanese speaking)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $18.00 Hourly for 30 hours per week, Gratuities, Commission, Other Benefits, Pension Plan Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Local Tour Guide Certification, Driver's License
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Setting: Resort, Travel agency, Ski resort/centre
Workers Supervised: Tour guides
Specific Skills: Co-ordinate, assign, supervise and review activities of workers, Establish work schedules and procedures, Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, Resolve work related problems, Prepare and submit progress and other reports, Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, Handle emergency situations, Ensure safety of workers and guests, Attend to persons with special needs
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use
