Workshop Controller - Franchise Dealership, Other, Northern Suburbs. Franchise dealership based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town has a  position open for a Workshop Controller with strong administrative skills. Package on offer includes a basic salary of R14K + incentives, provident fund and medical aid.

Requirements: Previous working experience in a similar position in the service department of a franchise dealership.

Matric minimum. Strong computer literacy Excel, Kerridge/ Automate. Technically minded (technical qualification is a bonus). Excellent communication skills in English. Clear criminal record. No judgements on credit record.

Duties will include but not be limited to: Distribution / delegating of job cards to technicians. Ensure the job cards are completed correctly by the technicians before submitting it to be costed. Follow through and manage job cards in the workshop. Test drive vehicles with clients to verify noises and rattles if the foreman is not available.

Assist with booking in of vehicles. Assist service advisors with clients. Manage oil - old and new. Other admin work include checking on warranty work.
