HR Associate Dubai Processing employee Medical Insurance related transactions that include additions, deletions, lost/replacement Processing employee medical claims documentation with brokers and insurance companies and informing employees of their claims status Coordinating, liaising and networking between insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation and other requirements
Entertains employees’ queries regarding policy coverage Advice the management on insurance matters. Coordinating with insurance companies for obtaining information on new policies and their coverage Acts as a liaison between the organization, its insurance provider and agents, claimants, and policy holders regarding the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims
repares insurance forms and associated correspondences Coordinate with the medical insurance team for medical cards for all new joiners Assisting the Division coordinators with issues and queries. Assisting the team in any adhoc requests from the Line Manager
