Connect is looking for a dynamic leader to join their contact centre team. This individual will be required to perform their duties according to the requirements of the business as a team leader in the contact centre. They will be required to assist with all tasks and the running of day to day activities. This individual needs to be hard working and highly motivated in order to manage and lead the team to reach the business’ goals and targets.
Job Description and Responsibilities: Supporting agents’ sales efforts through guidance, training, coaching, feedback and motivation; Ensuring agents adhere to company policies and guidelines; Managing the performance of agents incl. setting objectives and reviewing KPIs); Ensuring clear communication across the call centre; Creating and maintaining a positive culture; Scheduling and planning - Leave, holidays, additional requests etc.
Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly allocations and targets are reached; Tracking and reporting sales and statistics, quality and performance.
Required Skills: 1 year supervisory experience in a similar environment and in sales! Experience with administration of call centre data and systems. A good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft: Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook
