Vacancy - Leasing Agent, Kenilworth, Southern Suburbs. Chorus Letting is a leading Cape Town and Johannesburg property based letting division focused solely on providing world class residential letting services to Landlords and tenants.

Our well established and rapidly growing letting division is seeking passionate, professional and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team! The successful candidates must be able to contribute to the service level expectation of a goal orientated team whose focus is on providing world-class residential letting services.

Some of the benefits provided to the successful candidate include: a well-established 17 year old company well established portfolio already in place. Must be willing to do the letting internship & NQF 4 if not yet qualified as a full status agent ongoing training and development and excellent team support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: This position is demanding and requires an energetic, well organised individual with strong administration skills and great initiative. Attending to property listings of existing and new properties where tenants are not renewing. Attending to prospective tenant viewings. Required to conduct viewings out of standard operational hours (after 5pm). Providing updated reports of prospective tenants who viewed and submitting completed applications received from prospective tenants. Leasing Agent to keep a travelling log book. Attending to move in inspections for properties closed.
