We are a  food and wine focussed company, adding another great restaurant to our portfolio, this time in the fantastic town of Franschhoek! This is a great opportunity to join a growing company. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join our management team.

We are all about the customers, providing great service to go along with our great menus. We offer a fresh, innovative tapas menu, we have a fanstastic bar area and courtyard with exciting cocktail menu. Our wines come from the best farms in the area. What is not to love?

The successful candidate will need a great personality, great communication skills in English and ideally live locally in Franschhoek.

A competitive market related salary on offer; shifts include weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Added to this, we require the following: Own reliable transport with valid licence. Minimum of 3 years restaurant floor supervisory experience. Ability to handle complaints and queries in a professional manner. Profficient computer, POS and numeracy skills.
