POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for hydraulic assembly, installation and servicing on TYCROP products with an ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hydraulic and other various systems as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
    High school or equivalent education completion
    Minimum 3 -5 years of experience with proven knowledge and ability in hydraulic power and fluid systems and installation of hydraulic assemblies
    Competent in the operation of hydraulic assembly tools and knowledge of the appropriate use of hose kits, hose specifications, hydraulic/fluid circuits, hydraulic filters, gauges, quick couplers, etc.
    Ability to work well in both independent and team environments and manage multiple tasks
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    Preference given to those with Journeyman Certification or equivalent experience
    Supervisory/Leadership experience is an asset
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
    Read, interpret and understand layout and measurements per drawings and revisions as directed
    Assemble and install hydraulic pumps, motors, coolers and other components as per TYCROP and customer specifications
    Operate manual and automatic assembly, bolting and riveting equipment, hand and power tools and cranes and rigging equipment when required
    Assist in testing, trouble shooting, maintaining and repairing existing hydraulic systems and/or components for proper performance to meets manufacturer and customer specifications
    Lift/move product & material in various positions
    Maintain QA documents & production schedules as directed
    Attend training, production and safety meetings as required
Successful candidates must provide CSA approved footwear
Wage offered: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour depending on training, skills, knowledge and experience
