Store Manager

    Establish targets monthly sales and split weekly in collaboration with the Director General
    Follow the achievement of each month or week
    Plan staffing needs for the following week and schedule weekly in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager
    Assign specific responsibilities to employees (cleanliness, shoplifting)
    Coordinate inventory taken twice a week in each department with the head of floor
    Review the results of the physical inventory taken, fill the lists of commands and send it to the buyer
    Coordinate the implementation of the goods shelf with the head of floor
    Obtain information from the buyer to the availability of key products and pass the information to the assistant director.
    Assign work and daily priorities to assistant director
    Monitor progress of activities by various means (tour of the store, check with assistant director, sales tracking, displays ....)
    Open and close the store
    Respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems and conflicts
    Hiring employees at the store in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager
    Oversee the training given to new employees by the head of each department
    Hold meetings with employees in the same department or the entire store and forward the agenda to fulfill human resources manager
    Perform the assessment of probation (probation and annual) in collaboration with the assistant director
    Apply the rules of labor relations (absence, leave, delays, discipline, ..) in force in the company in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager
    Ensure the enforcement of health and safety in force in store
Ensure the implementation of procedures for customer service related to the store by employees
