Collections Agent



My Client is seeking a Collections Agent to join their growing Collections Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding collections agency that offer great training and career opportunities

Duties:

    * Manage the collections process for your designated portfolio
    * Contact arrears customers to make appropriate repayment plans
    * Evaluate appropriate payment proposals having assessed customers history
    * Maintain accurate records in the relevant systems
    * Ensure cash collection activities meet the needs of clients by reducing old debt
    * Maximise the collection and collation of high quality dispute information.
    * Routine telephone calls to offending customer accounts

Requirements:

    * Previous collections experience is essential
    * Experience of working in a team environment.
    * Experience of working to and performing against set targets
    * Excellent telephone manner.
    * Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
    * Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
