We are looking for a dynamic Junior Broker to join our expanding team. To really excel in this role you will need to be Key traits include: Passionate about sales. Extremely professional. Key Requirements include: Degree in business, marketing, property or related field. Own Mac/laptop. Own Transportation. Computer literacy -- experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Previous sales experience would be advantageous. Individuals who don't meet these requirements but who can prove a strong passion for business and sales by way of a motivational letter and credible references will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities include: Assisting Senior Broker with buyer and seller requests. Managing outdoor marketing strategies. Assisting with digital marketing execution and strategy. Business Development Management / Sales. Customer Relationship Management via telephone, email and mobile. Conducting property valuations and brokering sales in conjunction with Senior Broker. Orchestrating and executing property viewings. Maintaining knowledge of inventory on the market. Keeping abreast with the latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies.

Remuneration: R15,0000.00 - R20,000.00 per month (commission/basic). Exciting potential growth opportunity to develop into a Senior Broker within 12-24 months. We look forward to hearing from you!
