Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): WHMIS
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 5
Workers Supervised: Drywall installers and finishers, Water heater servicers
Major Work Area: Installation, Maintenance, Repair
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Institutional
Specific Skills: Supervise workers and projects, Coordinate and schedule activities, Ensure adherence to safety standards
Additional Skills: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, Estimate material and labor costs
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
