Architectural Technologist, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Now Hiring: Architectural Technologist. Cohen Property Developments, is looking to hire a qualified and registered Architectural Technologist to join their growing design team.

Job Requirements: Previous experience working on Property Developments is HIGHLY Advantageous. Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Architectural Technologist Role. Driver’s License. Professional Registration (for submission of plans). Ability to manage numerous projects (in an Architectural Technologist role) at once. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. Must be situated within the Port Elizabeth area.

Responsibility: Designing and Drafting of numerous Residential and Commercial plans. Manage the design process through a technical knowledge of the building industry.
