Customer Service Asian nationality preferred. Respond appropriately to all the customer telephone queries. Maintain excellent customer service standards. Maintain database of customers to initiate cross selling activities. Make telephone calls to customers to inform them about special promotions or offers. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and follow up on customer interactions. Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, after sales service etc. Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information for the start to the end of the process. Ensure customer service standards of the customer service counter as per company’s standards. Coordinate with distribution and ware house team for getting the product repaired or replaced in the least possible time.Job Requirements: Graduate. Three years of experience in handling customer relations environment. Fluency in English. Computer literate.
