FMCG Store Manager, East London, Eastern Cape. FMCG Store Manager / East London required with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail to lead and maintain excellent Store Standards and Sales Targets. Undertakings for this position, include a criminal & credit check and polygraph testing.

Minimum Requirements; Must have own vehicle. Valid driver’s license, Matric 4 years’ experience in a Management role – Retail will get preference. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to work Retail Hours. Basic HR knowledge. Experience in Food Retail advantageous.

The suitable Candidate must be: Well Presented, neat and organised. Able to Manage conflict situations. Excellent problem-solving skills. Self-Driven. Must be able to work under pressure. Able to build and maintain Customer and Supplier relations. Able to manage staff effectively. Salary: R18k + Monthly Performance based bonus (R2,000)
