Senior Sales Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large global leader in their field, as a Senior Sales Manager reporting to the VP of Sales.

You will be responsible for:

    * Leading and designing sales pitches
    * Managing and coaching sales teams
    * Managing and reporting on team targets/revenues/KPIs
    * Accurate forecasting on a weekly basis
    * Managing performance day to day of sales teams
    * Liaising with customer service and customer management teams
    * Coaching one to one/leading appraisals etc.

Requirements:

    * Strong Sales Management experience
    * Experience of managing and creating sales pitches
    * Strong KPI/Revenue management experience
    * Excellent reporting skills
    * Excellent people skills
    * Strong leadership style - personable but results focused
