FMCG Store Manager, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape required with strong leadership skills and an eye for detail to lead and maintain excellent Store Standards and Sales Targets. Undertakings for this position, include a criminal & credit check and polygraph testing.
Minimum Requirements: Must have own vehicle. Valid driver’s license. Matric 4 years’ experience in a Management role – Retail will get preference. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Ability to work Retail Hours. Basic HR knowledge. Experience in Food Retail advantageous.
The suitable Candidate must be: Well Presented, neat and organized. Able to Manage conflict situations. Excellent problem-solving skills. Self-Driven. Must be able to work under pressure. Able to build and maintain Customer and Supplier relations. Able to manage staff effectively. Salary: R18k + Monthly Performance based bonus (R2,000).
