Butchery Manager (Springbok) R18,000 - R26,000 PM, Springbok, Northern Cape. Established brand seeks a Butchery Manager to run a busy shop. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the full running of butchery. You will need to have experience working out margins, managing staff and cashing up and preparing tills. You will need to know and understand meat and meat processes.
