Roles & Responsibilities: Managing all social media accounts, posts, marketing and offers. Booking and confirming appointments via phone, email and social media channel. Welcoming clients warmly and walking them to the proper beauty station. Processing transactions and issuing receipts. Responding to customer questions and queries. Cross-selling services and products when appropriate. Maintaining updated client records. Maintaining a tidy and clean reception area. Ordering business cards, brochures and stationery as needed.
