Our client, a leading manufacturer of high quality consumer packaged goods and food services, is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter for an initial 1 month contract at its Burlington facility. This role focuses on the high-volume recruitment of hourly General Labourers (labellers, packagers, slicers, etc). The successful candidate will adhere to pre-existing structured interview templates and reference forms.

    2-3+ years of recruitment experience
    Must possess the ability to paper screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone screening, schedule interviews, conduct in-person interviews and testing as well as complete reference checks
    Manufacturing recruiting experience is an asset
    Must be comfortable working in a slaughter facility
    Available to start immediately
