Key Requirements include: Degree in business, marketing, property or related field. Own Mac/laptop. Own Transportation. Computer literacy -- experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Previous sales experience would be advantageous. Individuals who don't meet this requirements but who can prove a strong passion for business and sales by way of a motivational letter and credible references will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities include: Assisting Senior Broker with buyer and seller requests. Managing outdoor marketing strategies. Assisting with digital marketing execution and strategy. Business Development Management / Sales Customer Relationship Management via telephone, email and mobile. Conducting property valuations and brokering sales in conjunction with Senior Broker. Orchestrating and executing property viewings. Maintaining a knowledge of inventory on the market. Keeping abreast with latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies. Exciting potential growth opportunity to grow into a Senior Broker within 12-24 months.

Remuneration: R15000-R20,000 per month; structure R6,000 monthly basic, R9,000 - R14,000 incentive package based on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
