Night Shift Customer Service Specialist, Inner City / CBD Johannesburg. Our client based in Morningside Johannesburg is looking for a dynamic Night Shift Customer Service Specialist.

The role as Night Shift Speaking Customer Support Specialist: Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Scoping. Troubleshooting. Resolving customer queries via phone, chat and email.

Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written). National senior certificate. 1 to 2 years of customer service experience. Working hours: 18:00 - 06:00 rotational shifts.
