Position Duties: Supervise and manage overall business activities of the company including technology development activities. Direct business strategy development, analyze and revise the strategy. Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. Direct company’s financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.

Appoint department heads or managers and assign or delegate responsibilities to them. Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase productivity of its VR related products and services.

Confer with board members, organization officials, or staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems. Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans or activities, the selection of directors or other high-level staff, or establishment or organization of major departments.

Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate functions among departments and sites (including Engineering dept. Business development dept. Product dept. and Content development dept.) Supervise and manager Korean subsidiary and its business activities. Negotiate or approve contracts with other organizational entities or investors.

Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Related Field. Minimum Experience: 60 months of  business strategy development or analyze related copulation.

Special Requirements: At least 2 years of leading strategy development team of high-tech companies to supervise and approve high-tech strategy development. At least 6 months of experience in conducting a project with media or entertainment companies. At least 3 years of working experience as an Engineer, (this experience does not have to be a post bachelor’s degree experience).
