Good technical knowledge, a flair for design and décor and an understanding of home maintenance will be beneficial in this primarily Sales driven position. You need to be prepared to work long retail hours, including Saturday and Sunday, and build your regular client base to reach monthly targets. A basic salary plus high commission due to volume sales can have you earning R8k to R10k per month.
