Business Development Manager Gauteng, Midrand, Johannesburg. A well-established technology solutions Company and an award-winning Sage reseller in Gauteng is seeking to expand their Sales team by searching for a Business Development Manager.

They provide advanced, customized, end-to-end and fully integrated Human Capital Management solutions to their clients. The Ideal candidate for this role will need to be a dynamic and passionate person with previous (± 3 years’ experience) hardcore sales “hunting” skills within the SaaS/Software industry. The person will need to be a target-driven BDM who can not only sell a solution, but one who knows how to maintain a pipeline of sales.

A degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a similar field is a must coupled with experience in HR, Payroll and Finance. The person needs to have Software Sales experience ideally ERP (Enterprise resource planning) and SaaS (Software as a service) with C-Suite Level interactions and a valuable Network that they can work from.

The incumbent should display excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, organisational, analytical and administration skills and be a patient, service-orientated person who knows how to maintain good relationships with clients. 

Salary is market-related and dependent on candidate’s experience
