Office administration required to Manage the reception area and looks after visitors when needed. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Track stocks/inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Maintain and repair all infrastructures, landlines, electricity, lightning and air conditioning issues. etc
Assist in purchase orders and invoicing. Communicate with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events.
