Experienced call centre agent to work in our emergency 24/7 call centre, Pietermaritzburg, Midlands. We are seeking a professional call centre agent to work in our 24/7 call centre.

Previous experience and or qualifications in a call centre or control room environment are essential. Please do not apply for this vacancy if you do not have previous experience. 

Applicants must have excellent call etiquette and communication skills, be able to effectively deal with emergency situations, be assertive and professional at all times. Always be willing to assist and go the extra mile for someone, have
patience, kindness, understanding, strong problem-solving skills and a quick thinker.
