Requirements :5 years Customer Services Call Centre experience (non -negotiable)Grade 12Fluent in English plus Additional languages. Above average computer skills in Excel. Excellent typing skills- at least 40 WPM. Must be highly energetic, patient and confident. Mature and able to work independently. Passionate about people and have the desire to take each and every customer on an exceptional customer journey.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30Friday 08:00-16:00Overtime will be required during peak seasons
