This is an opportunity for an HR Manager to lead, manage and coordinate all strategic and operational HR activities to ensure achievement of the business objectives, provide strategic leadership in design, review and adaption of organisational structures, systems and processes to deliver organisational effectiveness. Ideally you will have a Honours Degree in Human Resources or related subject. A minimum of 7 years experience as HR Manager and experience in Industrial Relations will be an added advantage.
