Other, Northern Suburbs, Payroll Clerk. A well know Company in the Food & Distribution Industry is seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Clerk. The successful candidate will be based at their HQ in Cape Town. The payroll Clerk will be responsible for a minimum payroll of 150 - 200 biweekly / monthly.

Requirements: Minimum HR Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience with VIP payroll / Pastel – Full 360 Payroll. Proven VIP / Pastel experience and accredited VIP/ Pastel certification. Ecotime Time & Attendance Experience. Valid code 8 driver’s license.

Other skills and abilities required: Experienced with an integrated clocking system. Excellent MS Excel skills. Strong knowledge of general HR practices and procedures. Knowledge of payroll month end processes, journals, and recons. Ability the work under pressure. Excellent organisational skills. Meticulous and detail orientated. Systematic organised with high work ethics. Excellent communication skills.
